How does an existing KCB group customer access KCB Mobi Chama by Kenyans247(1): Sat 18, April, 2020 03:11pm

Complete the Application Form for KCB Mobi Chama
Submit the form to the nearest KCB branch with a copy of minute’s resolution to register for the service.
The customer service consultant or Micro banker will verify the application documents and action accordingly.
These application will undergo a second level authentication before approval by the Mobi Checker.
Since all the group members are already registered on Mobile, they will not receive a new mobi PIN. Instead, they will receive a notification that they have been added to the Chama.
Sample message is as below. Dear Charles Momanyi, you have been added to Hope Welfare. Dial *522# to access the service.
