- Kagwe noted majority of Kenyans had started behaving normally yet the rate of infection was high - The Health CS warned the country was more exposed to the virus than ever before after President Uhuru Kenyatta lifted some restrictions - Kagwe urged Kenyans to stop interacting with people who defy COVID-19 regulations at all levels - The frustrated CS wondered how one would buy vegetables from a person not wearing a face mask or even board a matatu violating health protocols A visibly infuriated Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has tore into a section of Kenyans who have been flouting coronavirus safety measures put in place by the ministry to curb the spread of the virus. Speaking in an unusually emphatic and enraged tone, the CS warned of a dire health crisis should the condescending behaviour that a section of Kenyans have been exhibiting be left to continue.
