FACT: Brookhouse International School in Nairobi city, is the only school in Kenya which follows the British National Curriculum.

The school was opened in 1981, to offer Early Years, preparatory & secondary education to children aged 2-19. It's one of the most costly schools.

FACT: In 2016, Pan African Pyramid, an NGO, awarded Dr. Olara Otunnu, the former president of Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) party, for his African dress code commonly known as "Bitenge".

On election day in 2011, he refused to vote, even for himself as a presidential candidate.

These animals range from leopard, cheetah, elephant, hyena to warthog, buffalo, zebras, impala & wildebeests.

FACT: In 2018, South Africa received a US$25.8 billion loan from China. Details of the loan were not made public thereby causing significant public outrage.

The South African government described the loan as a "gift", saying that the interest rate was not exorbitant.

FACT: In 2005, wildlife authorities in Uganda captured a killer crocodile that had been nicknamed "Osama".

The killer reptile weighed 1 ton and had killed nearly 100 people on lake Victoria. It was considered the world's most prolific man-eater. 50 men were hired to capture it.

FACT: Dongo Kundu Bypass in Mombasa, is Kenya’s most expensive road, costing the taxpayer $25.2 million per kilometre.

The construction of the 11 kilometre road was launched in July 2016, with a construction timeline of 36 months. The 3 Phased project is valued at $404 million.
