It is sold in the UK, Europe, Asia, and other locations with the exception of North America. However, note that some carriers may not support UMTS. Curiously, the variant sold in Hong Kong reportedly "will not work in mainland China," either.

There are four different options for this particular Apple Watch Series 4 Nike+ model.
