Eid-Al Adha: Nigerian Youth Ambassador to the US advocates for good governance, says youths must learn to engage leaders professionally by Daudupress(1): Tue 20, July, 2021

The Nigerian Youth Ambassador to the United States, Dr. Raymond Edoh has called on the Nigerian government to deliver dividends of democracy to the Nigerian people, stressing that Nigeria has the resources needed to make it possible.

Dr. Raymond Edoh who made this call in a Sallah message revealed that the major challenge Nigeria is facing is bad leadership coupled with
lack of a transparent system which turns out to be the instrument for bad leadership.

According to the release, Edoh thanked the youths for their patience and endurance no matter the situation as he urged them to continue to believe in one Nigeria and a better Nigeria in the nearest future.

He advised them not to let themselves be used to inflicting pain on society through rubbering, Kidnapping, and other societal vises.

Expressing optimism, he said the only way that Nigerian youths can get hold of power is by engaging the leaders with peaceful dialogue.
“Trust me, with dialogue and peace talks we will be in various offices in the nearest future”, he added

In the Sallah message, Amb. Raymond urged the Muslims to hold unto the lessons of selflessness, discipline obedience, and sacrifice which is the essence of the celebration as he advises Nigerian youths to stay and keep safe given the confirmed upsurge in COVID 19 infections noting that the Delta Variant of the virus is already in the country.
