Ugandan Sign Language
Ugandan Sign Language (USL) is the deaf sign language of Uganda. However, it is not a widely spoken language, and is mainly used by urban deaf people. Rural deaf people are treated as mentally challenged and/or use “home signs” or “village signs” to communicate.
