Twerking is a type of dance which most people involve in just for fun but did you know that just like dancing is a very good form of exercise, twerking is also part of it. Below are some benefits of twerking;

Stress Reliever:

Through the act of twerking as a fun exercise, it helps you forget what has been bothering all day and also relieves you of the stress of the day. It also improves flexibilty, balance and agility.

Mental Development:

According to research, twerking as an act of exercise that involves the brain because it involves strict forms of dance, hence you are been forced to make rapid decisions about how you will move. It has also been shown that it reduces the risk of dementia.

Confidence:

Through this act of exercise called twerking, it improves your body structure thereby increasing your self confidence with people around you.

Leg Toning:

Whenever you get in the position of twerking, you take a squatting position which involves making your legs firm thereby toning the muscles of the leg and thereafter sheds off the unnecessary fat in that part of the body.
