The University of Nairobi is known for good quality education in Medicine, you could enrol for your studies there. (That's the best option)

These other institutions aren't that competent, but I just heard a certain Egerton University in Nakuru does try to give the country some qualified graduate doctors. You could also opt to do Nursing at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), only if you are OK with the rules there. I heard they wear full uniform in full time in the college!!

Good luck!
